Recovery · Lactose-free

Lactose-free protein is not the same as dairy-free.

That distinction matters. Some whey isolates can be labelled lactose-free while still being milk-derived. A dairy-free user needs a different filter.

Use the right rule

If lactose is the specific issue, a manufacturer-declared lactose-free whey isolate may fit your search. If you avoid milk ingredients entirely, use the Dairy-free filter instead.

Where FuelSelect adds value

Instead of treating all “protein” as one shelf, we separate source, dairy status, lactose status, gluten status and diet tags so users can compare the products that actually fit their rules.

FuelSelect uses manufacturer and certification sources for product attributes. Always check the current product label before purchase because formulations can change.
