Pre-launch limitation: the legal operator/controller name and address have not yet been provided. Public signup and feedback submission are disabled by default until those details, processor arrangements and this notice are reviewed and published. This is not a declaration of full launch compliance.

Browser-local tools

Comparison selections, trip plans and Fuel Profile ratings/notes stay in this browser's local storage. They are not automatically uploaded or shared. Profile ratings may contain information about your stomach or food tolerance. You can download or delete your local profile on the profile page. Clearing site data in your browser removes the local tools' other stored data.

Optional analytics

Only if you allow analytics, the site sends a page category, an action name and limited counts (such as comparison size) to our first-party endpoint and Cloudflare Workers Logs. Basic analytics exclude food-rule values. Search terms, product identities, email addresses, ratings and notes are never sent. A separate, optional checkbox lets you explicitly agree to sharing selected catalogue filters only when they have no matches and no typed search is involved. Those filters may reveal dietary or tolerance interests; leaving the checkbox clear keeps them out of analytics. These event counts do not identify unique people or prove product demand. We do not add visitor identifiers or fingerprints. Both analytics choices are stored locally. Existing basic analytics consent does not enable filter sharing. Use “Analytics preferences” to change either choice or withdraw both with “No thanks”; the site also respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Our application does not put IP addresses into the analytics dataset.

Early-access email

Once enabled, submitting the signup form requests a Brevo confirmation email. The address is added to the configured early-access list through double opt-in. Consent covers FuelSelect launch updates, product and Lab updates, research invitations and future trial-box news. Choosing a primary interest is optional and requires a separate explicit checkbox because it may reveal dietary or tolerance interests. If you choose one, Brevo receives that interest and its consent version alongside your email for relevant updates. Leave the interest blank to subscribe without it. Contact us to remove or change it. Marketing is separate from feedback. Use the unsubscribe link in each marketing email or contact us to withdraw consent. Unsubscribed addresses may remain on a suppression list to prevent further sending.

Feedback

Once enabled, the contact form sends your message and optional reply email through Brevo to hello@fuelselect.eu. We process it to review the suggestion or reply, based on your consent. Sharing a trial result requires separate explicit consent for any self-reported tolerance information. Local profile scores and notes are never attached automatically. You can request deletion or withdraw consent by quoting the reference number; withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.

Hosting, security and retention

Cloudflare serves the site and handles request metadata needed to deliver and protect it. Rate limiting uses request IP information separately from analytics; shared networks may encounter limits. We do not log feedback bodies or email addresses in our application. Analytics event logs expire within seven days under Cloudflare’s current retention limits. Automatic request/invocation logging is disabled for this Worker; our custom analytics logs contain only the allowed event fields. Local data stays until you delete it. Email-list data stays while subscribed, subject to suppression and legal obligations. Feedback retention, hosting-log retention and any processor international-transfer safeguards must be confirmed in the final notice before public forms are enabled.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, object to relevant processing, and withdraw consent. You can complain to a data protection supervisory authority, including Datatilsynet in Denmark. Contact hello@fuelselect.eu for privacy questions.
